In addition, being a member of the DDG team also calls for a willingness to learn. We are a teaching firm and expect each member to take on new challenges every day.
Leadership
Tyler Duncan grew up surrounded by design. His father, Turner Duncan of DESIGN Duncan Miller Ullmann was an architectural designer and his mother, Mollie, was an artist. So it was only natural that he would pursue a creative endeavor. Tyler received his Masters Degree in Architecture and has been practicing for 24 years now. For the first half of his career, he worked as an architectural designer at various firms in Dallas, including Looney & Associates and Duncan & Miller Design. For both firms, Tyler was a senior Project Manager and was responsible for designing the interior architecture for Hotels and Resorts around the world.
In 2002, Tyler decided to step out on his own and established Duncan Design Group. For almost two decades, Tyler has lead his team to complete projects in almost all realms of Hospitality Design. Duncan Design Group has completed projects ranging from high end restaurants, fast casual food halls, to hotels and various other hospitality related designs.
